B. Leveling device
The frame is divided into two parts, connected by four strong tie rods. The upper
stand is used to install the upper row leveling roll set. The lower frame is used to
install the lower leveling roll set and to support the whole body.
C. Slitting machine
The number of blades is customized according to the number of slitting, and the material of the blades is Cr12Mov, which ensures that the slitting effect is smooth and burr-free, and the accuracy of slitting is more accurate.
D. Side Wire Winding Machine
After the steel coil is divided into different widths, there will be edge wire waste on both sides, we are equipped with professional edge wire collection equipment, which can better collect the waste and improve the overall efficiency of the machine.
E. Tension Station
The tensioning station provides tension to the split steel coil to ensure the tightness of the winding and improve the efficiency of winding.
F. Hydraulic Recoiler
After the steel coil is divided, the tension is provided by the tensioner, and the coil is wound up by the winder. Our winder can adjust the snap according to the width of the steel coil to ensure the winding effect is neat and stable.
