1. Pre-cutter
Pre cutter is use for cut off the material in advance if you want to change steel coil, then can save some raw material.
Here our machine have two options, manual cutter and hydraulic type, costs is different.
2. Machine cutting system
Our Zhongtuo hydraulic cutting type more powerful, can cutting thicker material no problem. But it moving not fast as electric cutter. And when the temperature goes very high, will come no powerful to cutting.
3.Shaft and Roller:
Double locking nut with thrust pad and keynotes to ensure that the roller lock cap does not loosen during equipment operation. The keynotes of the roller and the keynotes of the shaft are tightly matched, and the roller will not slip. Many factories do not have keynotes.
4. The shaft is machined twice by lathe, then by grinder, and finally by milling machine to ensure dimensional precision and roller fit accuracy.
5. The overall bolt connection structure of the cutting blade is easy to maintain and repair. The blade is embedded with double row bolts to ensure that the blade is easy to use, durable, and will not be damaged; Cast steel oil pipe ensures cleanliness, lubrication, and oil injection ensures durability
