Machine equiped with 1.5tons manual decoiler ,it's passive work type and driven by roll forming machine.

Coils inner diameter is 450mm-550mm and the coils outer diameter is 1500mm, support coils width is 100-500mm.

Machine also have careful feeding system,it can level coil to make sure coils neat clean and straight.

Machine main roll forming part is contain 13 station rollers and rolls materials is Cr12Mov with quenched  treatment; Shaft diameters is 60mm and materials is 45#steel with quenched treatment.Machine forming speed can reach 35m/min and drive vy chains .

Our machine control system using Siemens brand, more durable and accurate,it can control cutting speed , cutting length , forming speed and so on.And our encoder using Omron brand.
