Our production quality inspection is very strict in every link. Today I will introduce rollers inspections and frame inspections.

Come to the end of production magement system,we’d like to show you some of our PQC,as a professional manufactory,we always take PQC on the very important step for the production,to ensure the qualified product,here is the Inspection for rollers hardness.

The hardness of the detection needs to be achieved: 60 HRC +/-2

The hardness of the roller has a direct relationship with the product profile. The hardness of the roller is insufficient, it is easy to be deformed, and the variable roller molding products will also have errors.

Quality inspection of machine frame

Check whether the welding seam of the machine frame if it’s firm. 

The main fram breaks, which means that each rollers will be offset.

All these production testing,help us produce product smoothly,to ensure product quality and on time delivery.
