Method of installation color roof tile

There are two ways to fix the color steel tile installation: penetrating type and concealed buckle hidden type.

The most common method for penetrating fixed wall color steel plate installation is to fix the color steel plate on the support (such as purlin) with self-tapping screws or rivets. Transmissive fixation is divided into peak of wave fixation, trough of wave fixation or their combination.

Concealed buckle concealed fixed type is used to fix the special concealed buckle matched with the concealed color steel plate on the support (such as purlin). The female rib of the color steel plate is toothed with the central rib of the concealed buckle. This type is widely used in installation of roof panels.

Cautions for the installation of color steel tile:

1. After the color steel tiles are pressed at the construction site, they must be stacked in categories and covered with rain cloth. If the rain is heavy and damp, you must separate the tiles immediately, wipe off the surface moisture with a dry cloth, and then stack the tiles to keep the air circulating to make the surface dry.

3. During installation, self-tapping screw drilling, hand tapping, electric saw cutting, or other operations will leave metal shavings on the roof or adjacent areas. These things must be removed from the roof, flooding board, gutter, etc., in time, so as not to be oxidized by solid debris, causing stains on the surface of the color plate, causing damage to the plate surface.
